🔍 Customer requirements

Goes to the shipment sheet only — it never prints on the pallet tag.
One height per pallet, separated by commas. The 48'40' base never changes — the email's dimensions use the average height.
Leave blank and the tag prints Day / Month / Year lines to write in by hand. Tick TBD when the date isn't confirmed yet (e.g. Traffic Tech, waiting on the BOL) — the tag prints "Ship Date: TBD" with the same write-in lines below it, so the team can fill in the confirmed date by hand when the BOL arrives, no reprint needed.

⏰ Reminder: Let the carrier know you close early on Fridays (4-hour day).

📋 Log Order to Sheet 🔍 Shipments Missing Tracking #

Step 1 — Generate Tags: one numbered tag per pallet appears below. Step 2 — press Log Order to Sheet: a new tab opens and shows "OK" once the order is on the sheet — close that tab and come back here. Step 3 — check every tag, then press Print Tags: a print window opens with the tags, one per full letter-size page (8.5 × 11) — print from there and stick one on each skid. If the print window doesn't open, allow pop-ups for this page and press Print Tags again. The 📋 Shipment Checklist button opens the printable Shipment Processing Checklist pre-filled with this order's details, including the No. of Pallets taken from the Number of Pallets field above — fill in ONE set of counts, Lines + Total Units or Lines + Total Cases, not both (the Print button stays blocked until one complete set is filled in), answer each process item with its Yes / No / N/A dropdown, then sign it off. Appointment needed on the checklist is set to Yes automatically when the shipment has an RDD, or when the customer is Amazon. Send Packing List to Carrier is set to Yes automatically for Loblaws, Shoppers, Sobeys, Terrebonne and Entrepôt customers. The 📧 Carrier Email button builds the Traffic Tech email in the team's format, ready to copy — "HI TT," then the pallet count and pallet type, Delivery#, PO#, Ship date, RDD, delivery address, dimensions and weight, and No of cases. With more than 4 pallets it asks Traffic Tech to book the appointment first and provide a quote at the same time; with 4 or fewer it asks for pickup only, no quote. For the Carrier field, pick a carrier from the list — or pick "✎ Other — type carrier name…" and type any carrier name in by hand; a typed-in name prints on the tag and logs to the sheet just like a listed carrier.
